Amazing Domain Race!!!

OK, I am decided to end with a doubt I have since I started 2 months ago with this domain business:

Is there a real difference between .com and .info domains if they have the same exact words? I have not found a satisfactory explanation about why people are willing to pay 10 or more times for a .com name. So I designed this test:

I have 2 attractive exact keyword .com domain names. They are ForexHistorical.com and TechniqueGolf.com.
Both have been parked at godaddy for a while and they were the best performers of my stock.
I recently bought the same keyword .info names, and to make it complete I registered .com.ar names also!
I've set Adsense for the 6 domains, with identical landing pages, and I will keep them parked until I get 100$ profit from the best performer. I will draw my conclusions at that point.

How long will it take? I don't know. According to godaddys performance it may take 6 months, but I expect many curious visitors to my ebay auctions to visit this parked pages and to eventually click on ads to watch how the 6 different channels evolve (I promise to publish my results daily). At least in the end I will have an extra 100$ in my pocket :-)

Exact Keyword .com.ar Domains Experiment!

I've done a lot of work about my .com.ar new names.
My goal is to get a realistic appraisal of a lot of nearly 30 names featuring English Exact Keywords.
My eBay listing of StudentLoans.com.ar has got ZERO feedback (at this moment 76 people visited my listing, I have 2 watching and 1 bidder well below the reserve price, thank you anyway).
I haven't had a single question like "hey dude! what's this all about?". Or "do you really think a domain value has something to do with exact keywords?". Or maybe a comment like ".com have value because people type their urls and typing an extra .ar may hurt their finger!". Ok, enough sarcasm for today...

Now let's see if I can make my point:

1. I don't know nothing about domain name appraisal
2. I don't want to gamble. I understand that whoever has a cristal ball may make tons of zillons trading domain names but I don't have one (yet.)
3. I was told that Exact Keywords were desirable and I pretend to prove that they really are.
4. I have 2 main tools (Estibot Appraisal and Google Adwords Keyword Tool) to test any domain name and get a calculated value.
5. The real value is disclosed when someone pays for the name
6. Domain auction statistics may provide an additional reference

and enough for today, I must keep on working...

This is the first time I setup Google's Adsense for Domains. It is quite simple: get a domain name update DNS server create a channel for tracking wait and see... This is the result: http://lasersurgery.com.ar/

If you visit this page you won't find some fancy landing page as godaddy provides for cashparking, but it has some clear advantages:

1. it's free
2. you get payed 100% (not 60 or 80%)
3. you can track traffic much better

My goal this time is to play by the rules (Google's...) and to build 4 websites: 2 identical golf sites and 2 identical forex sites.

For the first group (golf) I will get content optimized for this keywords:

For the second group (forex) the keywords will be:

I will build a simple structure for the sites: a one level tree sitemap, including one page for each keyword and standard pages like "about us", "contact us", etc.
No fancy javascript. Just plain html files.

When the first group is ready I shall beg Google to index the two sites (.com & .com.ar)
Then I will do the same for the second group.
In both cases I will also get the sites indexed by microsoft live search engine (bing.com).

Google gives, Google takes.
That are the rules you must accept. Just after publishing my listing in eBay ($29 cost) I receive a msg from a friend asking me what had happened to my Google first page results.
Again vanished!
I promptly went to Webmaster Tools. I must admit that I failed following their guidelines (in fact I did it my way, trying to please a robot instead of publishing quality content)
My site was ugly and I was proud of it and bragging "Look How I got Google First Pages with this ugly site!"
Ok. I ended the auction. My reputation is more important than $29.
Back to work. The party is over...
